Email response is required to confirm this order. This is an order request and availability will be confirmed with you via email and your response will be required for us to generate a booking confirmation and invoice.
All items hired remain the property of ProDecor.
Shortages and damaged goods are the responsibility of the client and will be charged for in full.
ProDecor makes no claims as to the exactness of the pictures on this website in regards to dimensions, colours and condition. Because props often undergo maintenance and improvements once hired, variations can exist between the actual props and their photos
All props are subject to availability.
Should you be collecting the props from our offices it is your responsibility to ensure that they can fit into your vehicle.
Goods not returned timeously will be charged for at an additional hire charge.
Any cancellations of confirmed orders will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Our terms are STRICTLY PAYMENT BEFORE WE CAN RELEASE THE GOODS.
